Scian is the Irish word for knife. This exquisitely simple and elegant collection is designed and handcrafted by Pat in his West Cork studio. Created with the gift-buyer and food-lover in mind, Scian kitchen knives are a harmony of style, design and functionality equally at home in traditional or contemporary kitchen surroundings.

High-carbon 440c stainless steel blades are combined with Dymondwood handles, made from birch laminate, highlighting the craftsmanship and skill involved in creating unique knives of outstanding quality for everyday outdoor and domestic use.
